Mark is a New York State Certified Home Performance Contractor, Certified ‘Building Performance Institute’ Building Analyst & Specialist. He is also a highly skilled NYS Licensed Home Inspector. He performs almost 300 Home Inspections per year, 100 Energy Audits, and Mold & Radon Inspections.
Mark has attended conferences around the US to learn more about his field and apply it to the various climates in the US. He has sat as a board member & facilitator and focus group of organizations like NYSERDA, BPI, Affordable Comfort, Bryant & Stratton, CS Athletic, and Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce.
Mark has acted us a mentor to other Home Inspectors and Energy Consultants. He has worked with Zerodraft Contractors helping their business grow from 300k in sales to over 3 million! A window company, doubled sales after 1 year of using his Home Performance Techniques. Mark has also worked with a Heating & A/C company to build their Home Performance Business.
His entrepreneurial spirit coupled with his trained eye, diagnostic knowledge, Home Performance with Energy Star background and ability to understand business and how it interacts with customers makes him an over night success with all clients looking to expand their earnings & opportunities and enter the Home Performance Business.
